Library Procedures

  • Classes visit the library once a week or once every-other week according to the schedule which will be posted in the hall.
  • Students may check out books and other materials for two weeks. Teachers and staff may borrow books for four weeks.
  • Books can be renewed at any time!
  • Late items should be returned as soon as possible and late notices will be sent home to parents frequently.
  • Parents will receive a bill for items over 21 days late. At this point the item is considered lost and there will be a charge of $20 per late item.
  • Fees will be waived if an item is returned, replaced or if some alternate form of payment is agreed upon between the librarian, parent and student.
  • Teachers and parents, please help your children find a safe place to keep their borrowed books so that they can be successful.
